Instructions

1. Please fill in any of the following three boxes/fields a)Applicant Last Name b)Street Name c)Sticker Number and search for your application.

2. The program will identify the correct owner data based on the fields filled in.

3. If the system finds a matching application based on your search information, your application will show up in the space below. Click on the "RENEW" button below to open the renewal form. Check all the information on the form and submit the form.

4. You may pay the renewal fee online after submitting the renewal application form.

5. If you have already submitted the renewal form but not paid the fee, you may repeat the above process and click on "PAY NOW" button to pay online.
