Instructions

1. Please fill in three (3) of the boxes/fields below. We recommend entering your Last Name only, select Annual Sticker under Application Type, and enter either your current sticker number or select Expired under App Status.

2. If the system finds a matching application based on your search information, your application will appear in the space below. Click on the "RENEW" button below to open the renewal form. Check the information on the form for accuracy and submit the form.

3. You may pay the renewal fee online after submitting the form below.

4. If you have already submitted the renewal form but have not paid the fee, you may repeat the above process and click on the "PAY NOW" button to pay online.

5. If you are unable to find your address below, please contact Town Hall for assistance.
