1. Please fill in at least three (3) of the boxes/fields below. We recommend entering ONLY your Last Name and Street Name (do not enter suffixes, such as Rd. or St.) You may also enter Annual Sticker under “Application Type” or your current sticker number if available.

2. If the system finds a matching application based on your search information, your application will appear in the space below. Click on the "RENEW" button below to open the renewal form. Check the information on the form for accuracy and submit the form.

3. You may pay the renewal fee online after submitting the form below.

4. If you have already submitted the renewal form but have not paid the fee, you may repeat the above process and click on the "PAY FEES" button to pay online.

5. If you are unable to find your address below, please contact Town Hall for assistance.
